Often new EOT-owned businesses struggle in Years 1-3 because no support was put in place at transaction to ensure the team in charge fully understands their new model.

Your senior team needs to be confident to lead an EOT-owned business from Day 1. We train them to work with Trustees, lead a team of owners and use EO to drive business performance.

The most significant driver of successful EO is how a leadership team makes ownership real in the business. Our support helps prepare senior managers for the change EOTs can bring and how to make the most of the new EOT model, including:

  • understand clearly what their role in making EO a success
  • understand the role of Trustees and how they can impact operational decision-making
  • know what effective Trustee-Operating Board relationships look like
